Costa Rica and its plan to join the OECD

On September 4, 2020, the Executive Branch presented the bill that regulates the country's accession agreement to the Convention of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and its protocols, in order to complete the incorporation process to said body, after five years of scrutiny in 22 Committees that examined different areas of the national Public Administration such as health, employment, social security, education, trade, investment, agriculture, finance, among others, which seeks the implementation of good practices of public policies in Costa Rica.
